Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
All garments in your order are eligible for exchange, provided they are untried, unworn, and unwashed. Additionally, your first ever Velvique underwear purchase is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please ensure the product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Return Policy
- Raise a Request: Submit a return or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Review Period: Velvique will review your return request within 4 working days.
- Reverse Pickup: For product returns, a reverse pickup service can be arranged for a fee of Rs. 250 (per order). If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product via a reliable courier.
- Verification and Refund: Once the product is received, Velvique will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases, are non-returnable.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges are free of charge.
- Black Friday/Festive/Mega Sale Terms: Please note that any exchange requests will incur an additional charge of INR 250 (per order). No returns will be accepted during this sale. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!
- Return on sale garments are not acceptable.
Conditions for Return/Replacement
You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered: An unboxing video is mandatory.
- Size/Fitting Issues: Applicable for sizing discrepancies.
- Damaged Product: Includes physical damage, tampered products, or packaging (unboxing video required).
- Incomplete Order: Missing items must be reported with an unboxing video.
Return or Replacement Will Be Void If:
- Products that are opened, used, or altered.
- Missing original packaging (box, labels, etc.).
- Requests for sale items, as only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Requests made after 24 hours from the delivery date.
- Intimate apparel due to hygiene and health regulations.
- Missing or damaged product reports made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
- Products returned are different from what was shipped.
- Absence of the unboxing video.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- All items must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns for items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and credited via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before the product is shipped.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you wish to cancel after receiving the product, refunds are only applicable if the product remains unopened and in its original condition.
- Shipping Costs: Customers must bear the shipping costs for cancellations after delivery.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after the returned product is inspected.
